ISRAELI POLICE ARMLOCKS
Hello! In this article I would like to tell you how to control your opponent by armlock.
When you have to control someone that is in front of you, firstly you have to know that he won’t let you grab his hand or arm because he will try to resist.
So what you have to do is (first technique):
- Strike him with your hand in his throat;
- Control his arm (e.g. the left arm);
- Get inside with your left arm close his body and very fast come back twisting his elbow;
- Grab his forearm between your chest and your left hand;
- With your right hand grab his neck on the side and control him.
Second technique:
- Strike him with your hand in his throat;
- Control his arm (e.g. the left arm);
- Get outside with your left arm and grab with your hand his elbow;
- Twist your body 180 degres;
- Drop him down;
- Control him putting your right foot on his back and pushing his forearm with your tibia;
- If you have a gun you can take out it and check around.
Third technique:
- Grab his right wrist with your right hand;
- Strike his throat very strong with your left fist;
- Move on the side of your opponent and put your left arm behind his right arm;
- Put your left hand on your heart: his elbow will be on your chest;
- Control his arm with your right hand and double with the other hand;
- Push his hand: it is very painful;
- Move him and push his face with your right hand;
This solution is very useful when your opponent grab your hand: this is the right time to start with the technique.
From the 7th point you can move on as follow:
- Put inside your right arm and change the wrist hold behind him;
- With your left hand grab his neck on the side;
- Drop him down;
- Take your gun and control him.
These are three police techniques to control opponent using armlocks.
