HOW TO PARALYSE YOUR OPPONENT – LOW KICK
Hello everyone! I would like to present you a very good and efficient weapon you can use during a fight: the low kick.
When you are at close distance from your opponent you can fight with punches, kicks, knees… but when you go closer to him you can only use elbows because no one will aspect a low kick from this distance.
Well, I am going to show you it is possible make it with a trick!
At that distance you have to hit not the side of your opponent leg but the quadriceps muscle:
- not give a normal low kick;
- touch your hand with your heel;
- go down with the kick (at least 45° attack).
This kind of low kick is very painful than the normal one because your foot is up and this makes your leg bone like a stick!
