HOW TO AVOID CAR JACKING
Hello! In this article I would like to describe you some Krav Maga techniques to defend yourself in a car:
- You are driving and the passenger on your right becomes dangerous (e.g. a woman is driving and the passenger put his hand on her leg):
- Catch (and hold) his hand.
- Turn your hand in order to put his elbow in upper direction.
- Push very fast and strong with your elbow his elbow several time so his head will get knocked on the car dashboard.
- Now you have the total control of his wrist and you can hit it to break or control him by your elbow pressure.
- You are on your car with the window open and someone wants to steal it threating you with a knife or a gun:
- Show him your fear (your hands will go close to the knife/gun).
- Take the gun out with one hand and put it in front of you until the steering wheel.
- Grab the gun with your other hand and pull several time very strong your opponent arm so he will knock his face on the car.
- Release the gun and grab one finger of the opponent: it is very painful!
- Take the gun back from your opponent, if it were close to him he could take it with the second hand.
- Ask him to open the car with his second hand and pull the door.
- Exit from the car and turn his arm against the door.
- Close the door in order to block his arm.
- Call the Police.
So, in this time carjacking happens and you have to pay attention. If someone threat you with a gun in order to steal your car remember that you can give him the car and take a bus to go home safely! But if you are with your kids and he wants to steal the car with them so…remember this technique!!!
